Welcome to ptSPEAKS a forum for the residents by the residents of Penn Township/Trafford. I am Chief Charlie and I created this forum in the hopes of providing a place where residents can anonimously speak their minds. Topics are open to anything pertaining to township or school district operations, basically anywhere your tax dollars are spent. Off topic conversation is welcome in the off topic thread only. The only thing that I ask is that you refrain from profanity, slanderous remarks and sexually explicit posts, pictures or comments. Please respect others identities by not revealing them if you know who they are. If you can not accept these rules don't bother to register.
