PTARC Article
Attached is a recent article regarding PTARC's request for increased contributions from the communities they serve. For those out ther that are currently working without a contract and holding out for more money please read it closely. Note that the director and assistant director of PTARC salaries are NOT being increased. They apparently understand what is going on with the economy and realize that you can't get blood from a rock. Their sacrafice is noted and appreciated.

Re: PTARC Article
It's always and ONLY about the money.
Here's hoping that South Butler does the right thing and replaces the striking teachers to keep the district running. Let the teachers use thier legal right to strike and let the district use thier legal right to keep the district running by hiring replacement teachers.
In this way, replacing the striking teachers lets them strike for their misguided and greedy causes and also permits the districts students, families and taxpayers to not be adversely affected by the unions actions. I'd call this a Win-Win situation.

Re: PTARC Article
South Butler does not have the right to replace the teachers under PA State Law as long as the teachers abide by the rules which they are doing.
The Goat was under cover for the day. Ignition issues.
The problem is down to minor details which will be resolved soon.
